The Northern Tigers FC programs are funded primarily by: . Player Registration Fee (PRF) . Northern Suburbs Football Association (NSFA) . Canteen revenue . Sponsorship and Fundraising The largest source of funding is the PRF. In setting the budget each year we seek to reduce the contribution required from the NSFA, identify revenue generating opportunities and set the PRF in line with FNSW guidelines. The budget is based on each squad having the maximum number of players (as determined by FNSW) and the player selection process is structured to secure full squads. When a player is offered a position at Northern Tigers FC, they will be asked to complete our registration process, confirming their acceptance of the position. Once a player has accepted a position, we will no longer seek to fill that position. Players commit to paying the PRF at the time of accepting the position. A minimum non-refundable deposit of 60% of the PRF is required to secure the players position, the timeline to make the full payment is communicated at the time the position is accepted. Should a player withdraw after accepting a position, this has a number of adverse consequences for the other players in the affected squad and the wider program. Our ability to find a suitable replacement player is limited as the pool of players diminishes as other clubs sign players, and our budget is affected if squad sizes are diminished. We have developed the following policy in relation to fees payable / refunded. . Withdrawal in the period from acceptance up to 31 October 2025 = 40% refund of full PRF* . Withdrawal after 31 October 2025 = NO REFUND* * Special exemptions can be considered by Northern Tigers FC Management Player withdrawal needs to be formally confirmed in writing to the Football Administration Manager. For the purpose of refund calculation, the date of written communication confirming the player's withdrawal will be the effective date.
I understand that all positions to this program are completed on a first come first serve basis and Northern Tigers cannot reserve positions in advance.
I understand that the games format will changes as per the information previously advised but acknowledge that this can adjust due to varying reasons such as (but not limited to) registration numbers, attendees on the day, weather and more.
I understand that Northern Tigers will do their best to complete all sessions as per the advertised dates. In the event of extreme weather week 7 (Nov 29) has been allocated as a catch up week.
