REFUND POLICY: SEASON 2025
When a player completes our registration process and makes the payment, we will no longer seek to fill that position. Players commit to paying the Player Registration Fee (PRF) at the time of registration. The position is not filled until the PRF is received. Should a player withdraw after accepting a position, this has a potential number of adverse consequences for the affected squad and the wider program. We have developed the following policy in relation to fees payable / refunded. . Withdrawal with 7 days or more notice prior to session 1 = 100% refund after deducting an administration fee . Withdrawal with less than 7 days prior notice, or after the program has commenced = based upon a pro rata scenario after admin fee is deducted. A pro rata arrangement deduction will be calculated as any sessions completed. The administration fee will be $50. The price per session will be $50. Please note that refunds/withdrawals will not be accepted for less than 2 sessions remaining. Player withdrawal needs to be formally confirmed in writing to the Football Operations Manager. For the purpose of refund calculation, the date of written communication confirming the player's withdrawal will be the effective date.
